Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Here's how:
- Go to your Profile page
- Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
- Confirm deletion
Alternatively, email us at privacy@zerodeficitccrnprep.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What gets deleted: All personal information, study progress, quiz scores, bookmarks, and preferences associated with your account.
Timeline: Data is deleted within 30 days of request.
Exceptions: Transaction records may be retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance.
