Common Issues
- Can't log in? Try resetting your password via "Forgot Password" on the login page. If you used Google or Apple sign-in, use the same method.
- Subscription not showing? Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This syncs your purchase across devices.
- App not loading? Clear your browser cache or force-close and reopen the app. Make sure you have an internet connection for initial load.
- Want to cancel? Cancel via your app store (Apple: Settings → Subscriptions, Google: Play Store → Subscriptions). For web subscriptions, go to Profile → Manage Subscription.
Account Management
- Delete your account: Visit /delete-account to permanently remove your data.
- Update your email: Go to Profile → Edit Profile to change your email address.
- Privacy: Read our Privacy Policy and Data Safety information.
